Operating as GCTV's primary strategical partner, Flipside Group presented me with a number of significant pain points that GCTV had recently presented them with off the back of an extensive period of user testing on all of their applications. GCTV had pinpointed some key areas of improvement to be actioned with immediacy, but left the door open for me to QA other areas of the application that might help vastly improve the user experience.

We ran through a round of moderated user testing to further understand the effectiveness of our high fidelity iterations for each feature update, presenting users with a script to follow and execute. Users then provided a feedback score and written feedback for each journey to give the team valuable qualitative data.

I worked with Flipside Group engineers in effectively delivering the incremental updates. To work in accordance with the roadmap, features such as the new search modal were used in beta for a short period before refininf and rolling it out universally. GCTV continue to gather regular feedback captured directly from all of their applications that feed the roadmap.
